I would not recommend Lowe's to any one as their extended warranties are as worthless as the paper they are printed on! I bought a 3 year extended for a Bolens Snow Blower, when I needed help because it won't start I was told the transaction number doesn't exist therefore the warranty doesn't exist! Everything is attached to a My Lowe's Account but that doesn't do a bit of good. Montgomery Ward had better extended warranties and were easier to deal with!
So our laminate flooring was supposed to be delivered 9/4... never arrived. I called today and I guess our delivery date changed to 9/20... nobody called to let me know. I also work that day. I told them they are now going to move my furniture because we move into the house this weekend and this was supposed to be done before we moved in. And I'm NOT paying for them to move the furniture. Picked up a bottle of concrete cleaner and it spilled out and bleached my shirt told the manager acted like it was no big deal after I flipped out they knocked off 20% of my bill $15 witch is half of what i paid for my shirt from now on I'm spending my $ at menards!
I went to this lowes because I was on yhat side of town.( I normally go to the one on the south side, Ireland Road) the staff was no help at all. They acted like I was bothering them when I asked for assistance. When I went to check out the cashier Sarah was so rude. I bought some plants that were on clearance. She had to call for a manager and was huffing and puffing the entire time until she came to over ride the price. I made it out of there and went to my car to load up.
