I have been on the phone for over a hour waiting for someone to answer my call..I've been trying for weeks and give up..answer the phone's or don't mess up the order. so frustrating!!!! I had been a lowes fan until now we have spent a lot of money at lowes and now i can't even get anyone to answer the flipping phone i never recieved a love seat but was charged for it
Had a Dewalt 5 piece tool set ordered for Father’s Day. Got email to pick up on Wednesday. Went to store in Mishawaka Thursday to pick up. Waited 40 minutes at their pick up today parking spot. Wife goes in store and delivery person brings her damaged product. Then they tell us there is nothing they can do for 24 hours so come back. Last time I ever order online from Lowe s
Better customer service. ANSWER the PHONES!!!! Actually do the job correctly the first time so I don't have to come back 2 days in a row! I'm done with Lowes!!!!!!!!!
I visited on 5/24/2020 and the place was PACKED and there was very little social distancing. Probably 50% of the people were not wearing masks. I spent 10 minutes in the store and ended up leaving.
The way Lowe’s has stuff set up is absurd ... I was already in the store and went thru their ridiculous one way line in to the store but bc I walked out and walked over to the garden center they wouldn’t let me buy the two plants I had in my hands with the register right there ... they said if I wanted it that I needed to put the stuff back down and walk all the way back thru the main entrance once again and come out thru the garden center entrance to pick my stuff back up and pay for it ... very friendly and helpful store employees are very nice too amd reasonable prices too love this store.
Craig in plumbing was very nice and knowledgeable also very helpful along the way. Also Beth in customer service was helpful and did an outstanding job.
