On april 7th, i ordered a miter saw & stand for my fiance with site to store delivery on the 15. Here it is the 18th, no call, no info, nothing. He went down there afyer work and was told the they couldn't find it bc the back was such a mess. He asked what the deal was, she said "like I said, the back is a mess, when we find it we will call you" Really?? I ordered a fridge with the next day delivery, and after 4 days I finally decided to call and check up only to find out they cancelled my order and didn't even bother to let me know!

A super nice guy named Anthony helped me today at the Lowes in Odessa TX. He ran back and forth between customer service and the molding section to help get my order straight, and then helped me load my car. I feel like an idiot because I had no cash to give him a tip! Could someone please just give him a raise for being so helpful??
