On hold with Lowes and I’ve just been put on hold for the 6th time in 1 phone call!!!! #lowescustomerservicesux
After being held hostage for an hour and half because of a computer malfunction. I have no products and over $400 of pending transactions on my bank account. I asked for the store director and area manager names,and numbers, and Jerry the manager on duty refused to give them to me. When a cashier asks for,help from the lead cashier and is told just wait. That's not helpful or what a lead cashier does, I know from experience. Either train your staff or shut your doors. Corporate needs to come reevaluate this store.
Your Service desk / "person in charge " is super close to being Super Stupid tonight ...can't find something on the computer to stupid to scan barcode and to Stupid to listen to instructions from a customer. So = $325.00 sale walked right out your dadgum Stupid door!!! You know it's getting so bad over here at Lowes that I might as well start going to HOME DEPOT at least I won't be disappointed with stupid customer service!!!

Usually have a good experience. I special ordered carpet. This time there was a mix up. Lucky I checked before leaving. They did find my carpet. Took a half an hour but seemed understaffed for this time of year. The girl who helped was excellent though.
