Horrible customer service. But then again it’s Odessa. Nothing in stock!!! Just a terrible experience!!

You would think after spending over a thousand dollars you would get some help but nope had to load everything and carry it by myself then to find out it’s because they was having to much fun popping wheelies on the brand new lawnmowers and I got a video of them doing it I definitely won’t be back

I went into Lowe's today in Odessa Texas to buy a dishwasher. they had a sale saying that it was originally about $649 and on sale for $200 off. but u der that tag was the original price of $599. We checked every dishwasher they had and we're all done in the same manner. I asked an employee about it. He said those tags were a couple years old. Brand new Diamond kitchen cabinets. Not happy with designer, installer or product. Month later and even less happy! Sooo over it!
It's hard to find somebody to help, and then when you finally get help they tell you the item you wanted is not in stock. It would great if they would put a sign on on it letting you know they don't have in stock. Home Depot has a sign on items when they don't have in stock. So I went to Home Depot instead.
