I have been a Lowes customer for many years, but I've recently had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with their ordering ( both in store and online ) dept. They said I picked up stuff I hadn't, Then they 'lost' it in the store. Then they said it was 4 weeks backordered. Then it shows up a week later after I'd gotten one from Home Depot ( in only 3 days ) Now they say I've returned stuff I still have, but I can't return it, because they can't find where I bought it. I purchased the lawnmower 2 years ago. Lowe's is going to damage the old lawnmower out & give me a new one!
April 8th my order was to be delivered. Waited all day to hear from Lowe’s. My husband called on the 9th asking when we would receive our order. Gave us a go around about the order having to be the floor model we would receive. We did not want a floor model that has scratches on it and has been used by tons of people already. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY! Second item we have ordered an item (first a refrigerator and second a washer) and the customer service number is always “busy”, emails are returned in 48 hours, and when the customer service does answer they cannot find the order through the ORDER NUMBER OR PHONE NUMBER! Unacceptable. Don’t expect your delivery to happen at the time sent on the email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EVER!! They literally ruined my home
Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and discouraged by the way our warranty claim has been handled by our local store. Our claim was made over a month ago, which our local store was supposed to fulfill, and we still have not received any information on a possible delivery date.
