My elderly mother placed an order three weeks ago for a new washing machine and paid an additional fee for them to haul off her old one. After three weeks of waiting for delivery, Lowe's shows up and tells her due to Covid, they can only leave her washing machine on the front porch and she would need to bring her old one outside. Not once in the three people she spoke with when ordering said anything about this. Very disappointing. How do y'all expect her to do this? Getting tired of being treated like I am gonna steal something by their cashiers.... Their Cashiers need to be trained better... 1. first cashier stopped from attending her customer to go tell my cashier to make sure i didn't take item.. a week later second cashier was literally right by me when i was scanning the items and she tells me ...i need to check your receipt..I don't mind but check everyones ...she just checked mine not the other lady... I use a company card ...guess Home Depot it is...

Well I’m a little late 7-6-2019 vinyl plank was lay down but their are foot prints are everywhere and don’t come up the guys that installed the flooring had to have know but left it that way. I just hated what them back in my place So 3000 dollars down the drain
I did curbside pick up due to have my baby with me and I was helped immediately By Abby!! Abby was so nice and very helpful!!!
We have been sitting here for over an hour waiting to pick up supplies that was ordered! The guy was given the receipt and was supposed to go get the stuff, after waiting forever my husband went back to the counter the guy had stuck the recipient in his pocket and said oh I forgot! Seriously??? So now he’s gone to get our stuff and it I has already been at least 30 minutes! This store really needs some serious help and better training with their employees!
