The service stunned I asked the cashier to Paige an associate to the lighting department and NO one showed up after 20 min so I left and went down the road to home depo was in and out of the in 10 min had associates flocking to assist me will never step into another Lowe's
Absolutely love Lowes!!! Just purchased flooring, carpet, paint and most of all their customer service is always above and beyond! Few months back, my pressure washer died and I took it to lowes and they sent it out for repair, no money spent! Lowes took care of it for me.
Really crappy when told that I was supposed to get a delivery today and called for an ETA only to find out the earliest it could be delivered is this Thursday!
Lowes needs to offer forklift training to ALL employees. It took 1 HOUR.... 1 WHOLE HOUR to load up 3 pallets of concrete on my truck due to complete lack of experience, it was the most painful thing I have ever witnessed IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Please do something about this because it's everytime I come up there (which is a regular basis) today was just the straw that broke the camels back. It's out of control. Just loaded 10 2x6x10 and 20- 10' deck boards on the cart and in the truck with now help from Lowe's employees. Even after asking for assistance, no one showed up.....fixing up a foreclosure. More purchases to be made. I'll be checking customer service at a competitor next time.
I had purchased a kobalt torque wrench quite some time ago and finally gave out. For wrench it had held up great, couldn't have asked for anything better considering the price. Making the exchange at this location was quick and painless. The associates verified with management that they would honor kobalt's life time warrenty, let pull a new one off the shelf, exchanged it, and I was on my way. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks.
