wasted an hour today trying to purchase an air compressor, but the store was so woefully understaffed that I couldn't get anyone to assist me getting the product down from an upper shelf. if you want to know why companies like this are failing, it isn't an economic one... it is a customer experience one!

Bought an extended warranty on our washer. Best Servicers of America was contracted to work on our washer. They worked on it for more than 2 months. They claimed we did not return 3 phone calls, then cut off ALL contact with us. The customer service desk at Lowes was no help, and referred us back to the service company. Caveat Emptor!
Took “customer service” 30, yes 30, not exaggerating minutes to let me pay for new washer and dryer and schedule delivery. The man in appliances did a good job
12 hour delivery window? Give me a break. They finally show up with the oven to tell me they don’t install gas appliances. Bring your money somewhere else!!!
Lowes installed 11K un new floors in my home, within weeks it began separating, after 18 months of people being sent, saying it's an install issue, Lowes offers me half back and no repair. Will never use again.
