All I can say is Lowe’s needs to hire some competent and literate employees. When I go to check out what I was buying did not have a barcode on it. The employee asked me what it was. I told her it was irrigation hose. She looks it up in the system irrigation HOES! And says we don’t have any of that & that I would need to go find one with a barcode on it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. There’s always a bunch of “workers” walking around doing nothing, goofing around on their phones and being obnoxious, but when you press the button in a designated area, it takes 20 minutes to get someone to help you. God forbid you walk in there 15 minutes before they close or they get on their intercom every minute to let you know they’re closing, and then sit around laughing because they think they’re funny. Corporate will be hearing about this with a list of names.
Brian ended up helping me in two different departments today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
That was my first time shopping there and some of the products were different from what I get from home depot. I enjoy having that extra selection to choose from.
