Really Lowes? I ordered shutters and blinds 3 weeks ago. Blinds delivered to my house last monday (great thank you). Installer's scheduler calls today to schedule installer for the shutters. She knows nothing about the blinds, AND tells me first available install appointment is 4 weeks out? That's nearly 2 months from order to finish, that's NOT counting the 2 weeks it took to get the installer out to make his measurements for these. We've gotta do better than this.
Let me just start off and say my husband and I are having a he'll of a week. Now all in one day our toilet broke, stove stop working and our water heater broke. This is no joke. We went to Lowe's to get everything and we had the best customer service ever. Big shout out to Rose in sales. She helped us out tremendously in picking out our new stove for a great price! Best employee ever she really needs to be recognized. :)
I delivered to the Ikea store next door phone wouldn't pick it up only Lowe's but I will say this Lowe's or Sears either one loads there product with no pallets it's just tossed on the truck any way they can get it on there so all the high dollar Mercedes is being bunched all over the trailer going down the road these trailers are pre loaded with a seal on the door so not the driver's neglected it's the shipping department

We were there helping a friend put in a gas hot h2o tank. We were helped by Doug in plumbing. He was very knowledgeable. And help me a Lot. I would like to thank him so much. Please do something nice for him. He deserves it!!!
My husband came in today after calling several times to get some information on getting wood cut to size. The person he spoke with was very short and unwilling to help. When my husband came in and asked for help to get wood cut he was told no by several employees. He was there for over an HOUR and turned down by everyone he asked. Here's an idea - take off your website that you cut wood to size for projects. OR hire employees that are actually WILLING to help their customers. Unbelievable, i am a buyer for a big plant and i always have issues with this lowes. This is why i mainly deal with home depot. I ordered an item on Thurs which was due to be ready for pick up today. I called this morning and the customer service rep in the store took my phone number and said it was in and to comr up and get it. I get here and it is most definately not here. They will be losing my business.
I walked into Lowe's to purchase a line post and have it cut to size. I spoke with 6 LOWES EMPLOYEES on the floor. One female which never made eye contact until I stopped speaking to get her attention. But out of the 6 LOWES FLOOR EMPLOYEES...not one single employee could tell me if or where I could have the line post cut. They all looked at me with this dumb "it's my first day" look. "I don't know if we do that", "building materials may do it", "you can try plumbing". And none was wiling to find out the information for me. ... read more
