RecommendedI went to make three purchases, a fridge, a laminate floor, and custom blinds. I was in and out in less than two hours. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back for my carpeting and other needs. The prices are GREAT also!

Went to Lowe's tonight. Lots of marks on the floor and signs reminding everyone to keep their distance. All good until checkout when the only two open registers were right next to each other. No way out of the store without standing less than two feet from someone for several minutes. Several employees also had masks not covering their noses. Very disappointed.
Customer Service gets rude and abrasive when it gets busy; which is always. Upper management seems to be ok with this behavior as it happens continually.
I purchased some wood trim and left two pieces. I came back the next day and spoke with Susan. She was able to get the pieces I left behind with no issues to speak of. 5 stars to Susan!!!
there customer service is friendly. item's in appliance's are cheaper, and we meet other competitors to match prices if its the same item but not for sales price from competitors must be equal.
Had some awesome experiences here with boy employees and managers, especially our last experience with Walley at the Robinson Store. Would for sure recommend and return!
The employee’s walk right by you without asking if you need help or a simple hello. As I walked by the cashiers area both employees were playing on their phones. To top it off I need garage doors and they want to charge me $35 to come measure. I’m pretty sure I’m capable to measure the opening myself. Just another way to get money! Lowe’s really went downhill over the years, Home Depot got my business!
