In this day and age it’s no wonder why brick and mortar retailers are moving their business to online only. Just visited the robinson location. We were planning on remodeling our kitchen head to toe. We were met with no one in the department. When “renee” was paged, no one came but instead another employee apologizing and explaining “Renee” doesn’t take walk ins and was in an appointment. Had washer and dryer delivered. They mixed up my cold and hot water. Now I have to go buy tools so I can switch it. Very much disappointed!!
What a miserable store! I drove out of my way to come to this Lowes to get a few things I needed to finish a weekend project that my local Lowes was out of. The one guy working in lumber was so extremely rude. He sent me on a wild goose chase instead of just helping me find the product I needed. After purchasing a refrigerator that was ensured to fit with measurements provided and told was scheduled for Monday. The delivery date was wrong it was Tuesday. And the refrigerator is hooked up and doesn’t fit now they said they have to leave it and reschedule to have it picked up. refrigerator is sitting in the middle of my kitchen.
Terrible customer service. Moved my truck to the loading area and waited 55 min for them to bring an appliance out. Once it finally came out the forklift driver decided I was parked in the loading area for too long so he blocked me in out of spite. Nice.
They have the worst delivery department!! Order retaining wall block last week to be delivered Monday. waited for 3 hours then spent 1.5 hours trying to get hold of someone. The manager Mike tells me they will be there in 2 weeks really I take the day off for nothing. They have no drivers for 2 weeks .
Thanks lowes for telling me my windows will be in early aug. then ignoring all my calls when I am trying to find out what's going on.
