I love the free kid's clinics and the free delivery on appliances with no minimum purchase. However, I have to agree with other reviews that the customer service is not very good. Still better than Menards with a good selection of products.

If I could give you less than 1 star, I would!!! Purchased 3 slider doors and 4 windows from. It only took 3 months and lots of phone calls to get our last window installed. I've taken 5 days off work, this was supposed to be a 1 day job!!! I'm guessing the people that have given you 5 stars either work for you or have not purchased big items from you.
I was feeling a little daring and decided to ask one of the employees for assistance. Walked up to a guy wearing a Lowes vest rearranging merchandise. I was fully expecting the typical this isn't my department line. But he topped it. When I asked him for assistance with an item in the same department that he was visibly working in, he replied, "I don't work at this STORE." Congratulations for having employees who try to one up on each others laziness.
Purchased a storm door over 2 weeks ago and paid to have it fitted, the guy finally came out this morning and said he did not have all the materials on hand to fit, drove off without arranging a new appointment. Called the store on hold 20 minutes for a manger, drove to the store and the manager was " on a call" and unable to speak to me. Poor poor service.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...We were in the store for a hour looking in different departments and NOT ONE employee asked us if we needed help....just kept walking past us. Then we check out and tell the cashier there customer service sucks and he said to us "I don't know what to tell you"....REALLY???? HOME DEPOT will be our go to store...not sure why we even walked in there!
