Horrible, horrible customer service!We’ve spent A LOT of money at this Lowe’s the past month adding a new bathroom to our house! Last Tuesday we went go pick up the shower door got got it home it was shattered into a million pieces. Original guy we talked to was awesome he apologized told us bring it back would get us another one..Returned itWednesday they didn’t have another one so said they would have on Friday never heard anything called they said delivery drivers were still out would call never called. horrible customer service at St Charles location. We were hung up on multiple times when transferred to a manager. Deliver was a day late and now that it is here we are missing part of it.
RecommendedFantastic staff, with Social Distancing staff will give you your space but ask if you need anything. My new Home for home improvement.
The store announces social distancing over intercom but it's own employees don't practice it. I had a young male employee with no mask walk right up and stand right next to me like it was nothing. Unbelievable and unacceptable I won't be back.

My install was handled completely wrong, I can not understand how something so simple was completely overlooked by your team. You have my money, and I have to pay the price for your mixup! Completely unfair, and nothing you can do about it. Your mistake had cost me money, aggravation and time. And all you will say is “sorry”. Complete joke!
