It took over an hour the store was not busy to get one piece of pixie glass cut customer service is absolutely the worst

Bought a new weed eater and this is what came out of the box when i got home. Not happy!
I had the worst customer service experience yesterday (5/7/18) at store #1057. I needed some 2” pvc pipe and they came only in 10 foot length. I asked one employee where I could get it cut. They directed me to the plumbing department. I go back there, no one to be found. I asked another employee and they told me they would find someone to help me. I wait...and wait. No one. Paint lady laughed in my face told me "not my department" no good
Trying to get special order flooring to come in undamaged is almost impossible.
We had one of your project specialist come to our house to give us a quote on a vinyl fence. Her name is Rhonda Webster and I would recommend her to all of my friends. She was very friendly and did not pressure us on anything. She was very knowledgeable about her her product. I would rate her a 10 all the way. And yes we bought the fence.
