Horrible customer service. The man walked away from me, tried to sell me a door larger than my opening and then asked me why that wouldn’t work. Waste of time going there

Went to lowes for the first time for a project. Needed 2 2"x12"x8' boards and 8 2"x12"x28" boards. I asked their rep for the wood and got told they cant do it? Why I ask. Well, he says, management wont let us do more then 5 cuts. Excuse me? Cuts what? All i need is the above wood. I said I would pay for the extra cuts and got told no again. So I can only buy wood from you of a certain length? I dont have a way to cut 2x12 boards. Would not recommend lowes as a place to get your project supplies. Went to return a drill driver that would not charge. It was new just wanted to exchange it. that can not be done you need to return it and buy a new one this store is a joke buy some place different and do not waste you time
