Advertise next day delivery on In Stock appliances. Went to store to purchase an in stock refrigerator on 7/7. Was told delivery would be 7/18 (11 days). Left and purchased at Home Depot
Lazy worker and their service quality is worse than terrible. i complaints to head quarter but they just ignore. you never gonna get a any refund for poor service.
Literally just walked out the door. Went in to find a closet system. Basic wire shelves put into my closet. I know nothing about said shelves or how to install them. I go in looking for just 1 person who is knowledgeable to help me figure out what I should buy. The one person who does help 1) I had to go up to her and ask for help even though she looked at me standing there trying to find someone. 2) she was still not knowledgeable whatsoever.
