Purchased ceiling fan a while ago but just got it installed. Didn’t work properly so I repacked box and brought it back. Lost the receipt but I figured I’d just get a store credit. But lo and behold, Lowe’s recently changed policy to 30 days with receipt and no credit at all with no receipt. So buyer beware that they will not stand behind their product. Every thing you need to get the job done for your home and Garden
Today is August 16th at 12:03pm and no one has showed to repair my refrigerator. The appointment set by Frigidaire and confirmed three times by three Frigidaire representatives, was August 16, 8-12 noon today, and no one has called or come to my home to make repairs to my refrigerator. I am now going into two weeks without a working refrigerator that is less than a year old and under warranty purchased from Lowe's. A refrigerator is not considered a luxury item, it is a necessity required daily for food and medicine storage.
The manager was too lazy to come from the back. and speak to me when I had a question. Perfect example why cutomer service sucks these days.
@Lowes installed these hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department is trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check.. Terrible customer service. Monica was rude and extremely condescending to us while we were using the self checkout. Rolled her eyes at us when she finally came over to help us.
