I just want to give Lowe’s a HUGE shoutout. My dad is currently out of town and my mom and I had to get supplies for the hurricane. They were packing the plywood into multiple cars with a smile on their face and helping out as much as they can. Ryan, Matt & the entire work staff you are greatly appreciated!
Old fridge leaked and ruined my kitchen floor. Went to Lowe’s and purchased a new one on Sunday. Delivery was not possible until Thursday. Brandon, a manager came over and arranged delivery for Monday, Labor Day! The two gentlemen’s who delivered were professional and courteous. The truck would not fit down my long driveway because of a large oak tree. Spent almost an hour yesterday evening in the kitchen appliance section trying to purchase a range. No sales associate was ever present. Asked several other people in various other departments for assistance, including the service desk, and was never able to talk to anyone. Finally left. We had called the store earlier in the day and was advised that yesterday was the last day of their big July 4th sale. Once we arrived we noticed that the store signage indicated the sale prices are in effect until July 11.
Had a plumbing emergency last evening. Thanks to Fred and Jeff at my local Lowes for outstanding service with helping me to find the proper tools and supplies to fix my plumbing problem. These guys saved me time and a lot of money. Huge Kudos.......
