Recommendedthe customer service....I purchased a heavy product. No one around to take it to my car. I saw a young man who worked there. Isaiah. I ask him if he wasn't to busy could he help me. He said yes ma'am...pushed the item to my car and loaded it. Not many young people these days are that polite. so I give him a 10 at customer service.
We spent over $10,000 at Lowe's this summer doing some kitchen and living room remodeling. We had major problems! On August 7, a 3 page email (itemizing 14 complaints) was sent to the store manager John Walling, customer care and service pros who installed the flooring. We have NEVER even received an acknowledgement of receiving it from anyone!! The project was not even done at that point. Helpful staff when you can find one..
The employees are helpful. They don't hide when they see you come in.
I called the appliance department 5 times and they hung up on me every time. I'll buy elsewhere.
Not for pick up orders. Walmart takes about a minute... Lowe’s 30, they can never find your order!
Very nice staff and they loved allowing our Husky who was traveling with us in the store. Many associates even had treats for him, made him feel like a King!
Bought the snowblower from lowes, first day of snow use it, it stop working trying to return but they deny, reason because I already put gas in it. not recommended, they will not let you return when they sell you faulty product.
