IOrdered a clothes dryer from Lowe’s and when they installed it they inadvertently disconnected the dryer vent that vented out all the way through the roof and now there is a gap in it terminating in the attic spewing hot lint there. They refused to send somebody to fix it because they said they don’t go into attics they only install dryer’s. So now I have a fire and safety building code hazard that they refused to repair
Will never buy an appliance from this store again. Everything I have purchased/ordered has been defective. My dishwasher was damaged TWICE, the second time so badly the installer refused to install and demanded Lowe's order another. Today my oven arrived and as I was following the installers instruction, the range CRACKED. I have been hung up on TWICE by customer service.
worst place to order an appliances and ask them to deliver and install. Management here is really bad. I have been on phone with the headquarter and sent multiple emails and replies promised that somebody from the store management will call me withing 24hours and nobody does. Save yourself a headache and go get your stuff from somewhere else.
After the door of my previous wall oven shattered, I ordered a new oven and microwave. The salesman was helpful. So today it arrived. Customer service says they can't deliver for 19 days! This is crazy! How about putting some sales people in one of their rental trucks to deliver!!!
