I have never been more disappointed in a store’s customer service than what I have experienced from your Pottstown, PA store. I have been lied to over and over about an appliance I purchased weeks ago. No one in that’s store is held accountable for their mistakes and it’s unprofessional and unheard of. We just bought a house and have many future projects and purchases to make and will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
Stay away. $800 for snow blower $100 for service plan. Use once then would not start ( Troy built) took 2 months and 30 phone calls to get back. Don't bother with Bo Bo the store manger once you find him he will be no help. Never again Lowes!!!!
