I ordered an item on Black Friday never heard from them They cancelled it because it was out of stock It wasn’t out of stock when I ordered it Now, it’s pretty much “ too bad” Poor customer service lowes
Thanks for sending an installer who stinks of dog feces to my mother in law's. The dish washer was installed fine which is why it's a two star rating. Tip: make sure the people coming to do instalations don't smell like dog crap and wet dog hair. The smell tends to linger for a while.
Fantastic customer service... I made a dumb mistake and they corrected it on their dime! They just created a loyal customer.
John in the cabinet department is EXCELLENT!! Professional, Friendly, humorous and EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! He deserves a raise!!
