I never write reviews but this place is awful. I have never had so much trouble with a company. Out refrigerator broke and we have a warranty. They came 3 times trying to fix it. They said they kept ordering the wrong part. Finally we were told it was defective and we'd get a refund. They took weeks to get back to us. And when I called they said "No. We can replace that part". Only to find out it was the SAME part they tried 3 times. FINALLY they gave us a refund and a loaner fridge for the time being.
