The people who work there are in no way helpful. Asked an employee for help: he pointed me to a gentleman in a COSTCO shirt! I actually clarified, " The man in the blue COSTCO shirt?" He said, "yes. He just doesn't have a vest on, yet." The gentleman in question was shopping with his wife! I replied, "I'll take that as a, NO." The employee shrugged and walked away. Was supposed to have my kitchen floor installed this morning. First issue the arrival time was 10-12 only to have the guys call at 8 am and say they would arrive at 8:30 am. Then when they arrive they did not have the transition pieces with them. Lowe's advised me that they would have them when I picked up the material, unfortunately they didn't tell the installers. Major props to Lowes. It isn't often that I find "big box" stores that leave me feeling like I had an A+ experience. Besides the parade of well behaved pups who were welcomed with their owners (complete with biscuit stops throughout the store!) the associate we dealt with (shout out to Phillip!!!) mentioned the military discount and was so patient and helpful that it truly was a pleasure. Lowes strikes again. Waited 2 weeks for a $2,500 mower and they forgot to put it out on the day of delivery for their shipping company to pick up so now we need to wait another week. This is after we received an email and telephone call confirming!
The customer service was incredibly bad!! Not only did we inconvenient one person but two! Spending over $1200 and that was the attitude! The check out kid was the only one I encountered that was decent! Sorry but it must be management that is not training correctly. I’m in customer service too so I expect what I give to my job. Back to Home Depot! And yes, I was just there Lowe’s in the patio furniture department.
Not going here again. Was told some would get me an item that was out of stock on the floor and would be pulled from the top. Waited 25 Minutes And Went To INQUIRE About It And Was Told They Were Short Staffed And They Could NOT Help Me
