Ordered over $10K of flooring. Came to deliver hardwood flooring in the pouring rain - 1 guy on a flatbed with a forklift who was planning to leave hardwoods on our driveway in the pouring rain and would not deliver them in the House. Came back to redeliver the next day in a huge truck with low bumper. Due to incline of our driveway they couldn’t get the truck up and they had no hand truck or forklift and wouldn’t carry the material up. Really Lowe’s?
This is how they left the refrigerator that I ordered! They sent one guy with a forklift. I can’t budge it. I can’t close the doors and I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back. This is beyond unacceptable and ridiculous!
Honestly one of the worst lowes I've been too... everytime you call the store no one picks up other than operator to direct your call back to the department. Any questions I ask in the store they are completely clueless. I actually asked an employee in the outdoor section "where are the flowers that are on sale on the front page of the add?" Had some problems when we went there for a project. Tried getting the stuff 3 times. Sales associate did his job and showed us the different products. He told us he was going to order the stuff in. Went back 2 weeks later, nothing! Was told by a manager the associate didn't have the authority to order the stuff and he would take care of it. Never purchase a extended protection plan!!! They lie to you!! Sales people do NOT know what is covered and what has to happen to get a replacement for an appliance!! They tell you that if the appliance needs repair more than twice it will be replaced! WRONG!! It's the lemon law like a car! 3 service calls within 12 months for same issue! On the fourth one they will replace! Good luck with everything you lose if you have a refrigerator. $250 in grocery replacement is nothing for a family of 8.
