Waited 15 min to get helped. Guy who helped me said he wasn’t from that department. Showed him what I needed and that online said they had 40 in stock. He did absolutely nothing to help, didn’t look up to see if there was more didn’t look up inventory, he just looked at empty shelf and said nope don’t have it. Told me to get something else I didn’t need and walked away.
Placed an order in the pro shop 12/16/2020 - had 4 scheduled dates for delivery - still no delivery as of 01/10/2021 - tried calling the store - no one answers the phone
I ordered a refrigerator 10 days ago. Twice it was supposed, to be delivered, twice it did not show up. No phone calls from Lowe's or the xpo courier service. I lost a day of work. Took me 11 calls to the courier service, who blamed it on Lowe's. On hold over 40 minutes with Lowe's until I finally gave up. as no one picked up. I have no clue where the refrigerator is. However, they took the money out of my bank account quickly. I shop here weekly, I will never shop here again. At least Home Depot answers their phone!
THE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN GOIN DOWN HILL INRESCENT MONTHS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I ALSO HAVE HAD SEVERAL FRIENDS WORK HERE THAT SAY MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPITANT AND LACK LEADERSHIP. THEY ARE BORDERLINE CRIMINAL. I BELIEVE THE OWNER OF THIS STORE NEEDS TOO GO IN AN OBSERB AND CHECK INTO THE MANAGEMENT.
Only because its 5 minutes from me do I go there. But once again tonight not only once but twice was I pissed with the service here after being pissed and injured over the weekend as well. Over the weekend I could find no help at all even though employees were walking around trying to find things to make it look like they are busy but they are not. Curbside pickup is absolutely atrocious.
I have bee in retail for 50 years, but never have I ever seen such a low customer service Waited over 1 hour and 3 other sales associates and we still walked out without buying anything. Bathroom fixtures has no one there every assoc. I found had the same response "That's not my department I will get someone for you" I understand that this is a terrible time and people are concerned, but if you do not have enough sales associates to cover every dept, stay closed!!!
All employees are not wearing face masks as ordered by the Governor. Some of those that are wearing masks, have them pulled down around their neck, or covering just their mouth, and not their nose. If customers are required to wear face masks before entering the store, the employees should be made to have theirs on, correctly, or this does not protect anyone!
