Lowe’s has successfully ruined Xmas for me. Screw you lowes. A month ago I ordered online a special order product to build my wife a gift. Two week later I received a call to order it in store. So I went in store and ordered it through an employee. Now it’s the weekend before Xmas and your saying it’s still not correctly ordered and it will be another two weeks. That BS. You ruined Xmas. FU.
Fu** Lowe's. They just had a one day customer. Either they harbor racist or they have the worst customer service in the world. You decide. I was there at the GLEN BURNIE branch on Ritchie Hywy. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Been trying to fax to their claim department for 2 days. Keep getting a result that the line is "busy". The person you finally get to speak to when you call is no help at all. Left several messages for the claims adjuster and she refuses to return my call. Tried to fax corporate office and their fax doesn't work either. Horrible service experience. Bought a shed on February 10th - wrong color siding, no shutters. Took 3 months to get correct color siding...still no shutters. Subcontractor stopped all contact in March and three store managers (including the General Manager) are not returning calls. I've been in the store 4 times and nobody is doing anything to help remedy this. Will now dispute the credit card charge and notifying the Better Business Bureau. The worst customer service and disorganized company I've delt with. They Screwed me over on my delivery 3 days in a row. I called and got "placed on hold" basically they sat the phone down while two employees chatted. I hung up and drove up there only to wait in line because they only had one person behind the counter. Two people In front of me had similar issues and they lady behind me as well. When I came time for my refund they couldn't find the transaction even though I had the receipt.
