Terrible customer service
Ordered a new dryer and had it delivered to our house. Hooked it up and it didn't heat up. Called customer service and they said it was my electrical set up. So we had to hire an electrician to come out just to tell me my electric was fine and it must be the dryer. Called customer service back and they told us to wait a day to hear from them. Sit on receiving door all night backed in. At 7:15 a knock on my door asking me to move. I needed 3 pallets taken off. Literally 5 minutes or less. Everybody has an excuse about something. They spent 10 arguing with me on why I need to move and it could’ve been done in half that time. Inconsiderate of others time.
This is my go-to store for almost everything when it comes to home improvements.

lower prices...Home Depot kills you guys in sales...every time I come there hardly no one is there...nothing like Home Depot...and your computers/registers are prehistoric
The window that we ordered was supposed to arrive Sept 19th. It was not there & had to cancel contractors. It arrived after 5 pm in the 21st. My husband went to pick it up today because our contractors were able to come back and the window was wrong. It was NOT the one we ordered. They said it will take another two weeks for the new one to arrive. We have already lost two days of work because we have to be there with the contractors and the contractors are getting made because they have now been cancelled TWICE! I am NOT hap... read more
Terrible customer service - don't ever buy an appliance if you need it installed. Thanks to Lowe's we've been without a wall oven for nearly 3 weeks. It's sitting here in my living room now, but trying to deal with the circus of complacency within Lowe's has caused us to have no installers yet. It's awful, they have zero internal communication and seemingly zero care about their customers. Go to Home Depot.
