Big store but we find what we need usually a lot easier than Home Depot
Paid for our fence to be installed beginning of July... It’s now mid August. Waiting for about 4 different points of contact to get back to us about why our yard is still fenceless. Contractors showed up to do the install, but no materials were ever dropped off. The only call we got was a few weeks ago asking how installation went and if we are happy with our fence. I JUST WANT MY FENCE!!!!!!!

Your garden center has 1, only 1, great employee! Shan'e was absolutely wonderful!!! I purchased 20 bags of mulch while 2 male employees watched and listened. Did they bother to help me load it? NOPE!!! Another customer saw me struggling and gave me a hand! Good thing I'm honest; because I could have helped myself to a truckload! Neither of them bothered to even supervise!!!!
Did an online order for store pick up at the Catonsville, MD and they forgot to give us the wood screws that we ordered. When we went back to correct the order, they basically accused my husband of lying and insisting on reviewing security footage to corroborate his story. Seriously Lowe’s? Is validating a $20 purchase you in fact screwed up worth losing a family of customers over?
Purchased Whirlpool washer and dryer. Delivery was scheduled for Thurs, but one was not yet at the store, so I received a call to delay by one day. Fine. XPO Delivery called to confirm. Driver and Helper did great job removing and taking old and installing new, even demonstrating the washer for me. Thanks to everyone for my delivery experience..
Not bad had a product that Home Depot does not carry to fix my roof so I am giving them a shot, hope that my repair goes well, thanks Lowe’s.
I ordered a dishwasher, called with a delivery date. Called the day of delivery and said they did not have it. At 6 pm delivery driver called and said he would be here in fifteen minutes, then called back and said I don’t have your dishwasher. Get your stuff together.
