Can’t even complete a simple transaction. “Customer Service” is totally worthless. I’m giving up on Lowes. Even though their Labor practices are slightly better than He Depot or Menards, customer serviceLoses every time.

I had purchased a conversation set online, assembly wasn’t clearly required nor explained, shipping was also too late that I had to call and cancel. Despite the fact that their return policy is stating that orders could be cancelled with 48 hours before delivery, the associate couldn’t do it at her end so she had to call FedEx to return the item back to the vendor.
