How about when you go to Lowes to get a key made and you push the call button for customer assistance and the sales associate runs to the counter so rudely and abruptly pushes the button , never greets me or gives me the courtesy of an introduction just walks away.I continue to wait there , she finally comes back and still no greeting , I get a whatcha need? Purchased a new washer yesterday, had it delivered and hooked up today. discovered the problem with the old washer (4 years old from Lowes) when it was hooked up the service men did not remove shipping cardboard from inside of washer. Cardboard finally broke something inside the washer. It never ran right from day one. Thought it was a bad product (Whirlpool) when all along it was bad service men.
