Purchased a new washer yesterday, had it delivered and hooked up today. discovered the problem with the old washer (4 years old from Lowes) when it was hooked up the service men did not remove shipping cardboard from inside of washer. Cardboard finally broke something inside the washer. It never ran right from day one. Thought it was a bad product (Whirlpool) when all along it was bad service men.
