The customer service on the phone is the worst ever. The wonderful lady Penny had a terrible attitude towards me on the phone and yelled at me, only because I said that there should be a way to contact the the installation company after I have called several times and they won’t call me back to set up an appointment! Penny raised her voice even more when I told her that I don’t appreciate her attitude. Thanks Penny for the worst customer service experience ever!!!! Unbelievable!!!
We ordered appliances on May 22. We had an installation date given to us for June 14. After about 6 confusing voicemails changing the date, we are now projected to receive our appliances JULY 14. 2 months. I have tried calling to find out what the deal is. No one answers or when they do, I am put on hold for 15 mins only for it to go to a busy signal. Do not order from this store.
Staff was extremely friendly to not only me but also my puppy. Went in to find a some supplies for a few project related to things for my dog and the staff was quick to offer help. Thank you for a good visit.
Needed a few items. Easy to find, in and out very quickly. Have had no problems while shopping at Lowes way better that Home Depot. Get to use my military discount all the time, not just on certain days and items.
I used to go to Lowe’s exclusively for any home repair/ hardware needs but after this trip I’m done. I needed plywood sheets cut down to fit into my car and I knew this was kind of annoying so I led with an apology when asking the employee to help me out. This employee who was just hanging out chatting with his coworker the entire time I picked out the wood started negotiating with me on how many cuts he would do. My son received a mega nerf blaster for his 10th birthday. When I went to put the batteries in the screw was stripped. I took it to Lowe's where Paul, Mike and Tim worked on it until the screw came out. They even made sure I had new screws to put the battery compartment back on and was good to go. The while time they were making sure other customers were taken care of. I can't thank you enough for all the help!!! I have a very happy 10 yr old now!!!
Horrible customer service. Would not allow me to return a gallon of paint that they had obviously mixed the wrong color. Thank goodness Sherwin Williams does color match.
