Very disappointed...trying to order a counter top and we went thru 3 employees till the manager came to put the order thru. I should have stopped then and there, because I lost confidence in their ability to do their job. Well long story short, they placed the order incorrectly and put the sink in the wrong place. They wouldn't even own up to the problem. They tried to blame it on the installer. Then, we had them order the replacement and again 3 months later it is still wrong. No customer service. Spent $19K on a kitchen reno and the Newport News store gave us a horrible contractor (Mako) and then refused any reasonable compensation for a shitty job. We're PCSing OCONUS so they don't feel like they have to stand behind their warranties or the military.
I have been to this Lowe's multiple times and have never had a good experience. First off there are a hundred employees all running around pretending robbery busy and never offering any help. When you have to chase someone down and ask them for help they have no clue and most of the time say this is not my department. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Lowe's needs to do a better job and training folks and making sure they provide great customer service!
Horrible customer service. Instead of fixing their mistake, they got an attitude with us and kept insisting we were wrong. 30 mins later, they finally see their mistake. And instead of an apology, their attitudes increased. They messed up the quote, the order, the delivery, and a return. Will not return!
Ordered materials for a job, (commercial contractor) the customer had to use Lowes. 6 weeks later after numerous phone calls they don't know where the material is, HOWEVER they charged my credit card two weeks ago.
