the best customer service and most clean
Place sucks. Store manager sucks.
It took an hour and 10 minutes to get my online order, the MOD told me it shouldn't be taking this long twice, the third time she went to look for the guy getting my order, then I was told he was waiting for me at the Pro Pickup, not sure how long he was waiting for me since I was never told he was there, and nobody apologized for the wait.
I’m standing in an aisle looking for a cordless trimmer a associate walks by asks me how I’m doing and I respond I need a trimmer. Your associate tells me to ask someone if I need anything and keeps walking. I went across the streets to Home Depot.
The customer service is terrible. I went to buy a dishwasher with a free install and over a month later I had to do it myself. The entire staff is trained on how to give customers the run around. Still trying to get some kind of resolution for my trouble and still nothing 6 weeks later!
Convenient and fully stocked with flowers, pots and prices are great .
Deliver on their promise. Had a refrigerator schedule today. They screwed it up, now Thanksgiving will be hard with no fridge
Employees are there in body only just collecting a check don’t want to work
We ordered Rock Wool insulation via Lowes online, apparently it came from Williamsburg store and the Newport News store wouldn’t allow me to return it there because they don’t carry the product and stated it was too much (22 of them, small trailer worth so I get it’s a hassle... I didn’t want to need to return that much). I called Hampton and they said they’d do the return, on my way there, we’ll see how it goes. I’ll work to avoid this store in the future.
