I ordered patio doors and a storm door back in June. Never received a call for installation. I had to reach out to the installation Dept 4 times to get a hold of the contractor. I find out that my equipment has been sitting around since the beginning of July. Finally I received a call on 8/20 and scheduled install for 8/28 in the am. 2pm came around and no one showed up for install. Hey! To the sexist MF'ers that keep stopping and fussing at my wife about parking in the veterian spot! It's 2020 women serve in the military too! In fact she served 13 years until just this year getting out. Fix yourself!

I was supposed to have an appliance delivered and no one has called to schedule it. The store is closed. It’s my understanding Lowes has contracted the service out and that’s why the customer service has gone downhill. Second problem this year and literally no way to reach them. I don’t know what store I will go to for the next appliance but it will not be Lowes, I can guarantee it.

We went the other day and there was an elderly couple checking out ahead of us. They were purchasing a pressure washer and asked the cashier if there was someone who could help them load it into their car and his response was "there's probably someone outside". My husband and I were shocked. So my husband did the kind, courteous, and common sense thing and asked the couple if he could help them. I just couldn't believe it. Was very disappointed to see that there are no masks required of customers in NN Lowe's store. Also, no control of social distancing at check out. There are circles on the floor but people are not paying attention to them. Hardly any customers were wearing masks and some employees had their masks only covering their mouths. I won't be going back anytime soon unless they require customers to wear masks.

contacted lowe's on 2/22 (prior to opening) for an install quote. no response by 2/24/20 pm (~64 hrs.). on 2/24/2020 at approx. 6:15pm I contacted lowe's via chat and was told that the rep was with a customer and would me call right after. it's 3/03/20 and I am still waiting for that call... Spoke to Amy Miller on 2/25/2020 at 5:20pm and was told that Curtis (store manager) was gone for the day. Requested Curtis' call regarding lack of service. It's 3/03/2020 - no call and no service!!!
