We ordered a refrigerator for delivery. The delivery guys scratched the front door, which we only noticed after they left because they put the handles on OVER the plastic (wonder why) and didn't hook up the water. So, we called and Lowe's agreed to deliver a new fridge, which was done today. We had requested different delivery guys, for obvious reasons. Employee at flooring dept was very helpful. Jim Choqetle was very patient and knowledgeable. Much better experience than the awful customer service I had across the street at Home Depot.
Made an appointment for a bathroom remodel then they had to reschedule no big deal but when we came for the new appointment they had not updated the bathroom man. The worst part was I called the manager “Shaun” who could have cared less no Apology. Just sad
I have been trying to purchase a cook top and down draft for my kitchen. Their 3rd party installer came out to "measure" which was done wrong after 2 weeks of waiting and countless calls to Lowe's and the 3rd party I finally was able to get them to remeasure. The problem wasn't the mistake it was the fact each company blamed one another and Lowe's has been zero help. My suggestion would be to try a different company or at the very least don't use this store.
