I bought a brand new top of the line kitchen aid dishwasher. I was told a customer bought it and didn't like it and swapped it for a different model and it was in 100 condition including parts and my existing hoses and cords would fit. I got home and noticed parts missing. I preceeded to finish the installation the next night after having to go buy parts that weren't exchangeable from my old waser. Bought a garbage disposal at Lowe’s on Sunday, was told it would be installed in 48 hours. This was very important to us because our kitchen sink is clogged. The first plumber that contacted us told us he could fit us in, in 2 weeks! We called Lowe’s & go to hell & back to get an appointment for today at 3:00, well it’s 5:00 & the guy is a no show & they told us they couldn’t call him! Now Lowe’s wants us to wait another 4 days which puts us 8 days with a clogged kitchen sink… See more
RecommendedCurrently rearranging the store but as as always if you ask the friendly people there are always willing to help.
Purchased a closely refrigerator. Ask them was there anything wrong with it and why it was returned. They stated it couldn’t fit through the door and got some good dents. It was more than half off! I asked if it worked perfectly they said yeah. Rented a truck to bring it home and the freezer doesn’t work at all. They wouldn’t repair or replace it. Just about 1k down the drain
I have had several projects done by Lowe's. For example, granite countertops, backsplash, new hardwood floors, fencing and others. The best person to deal with is Patrick Roy in Soutington and the estimator Brett. They are the absolute best!

Everyone who works here is really kind. Great service, I shop here all the time. No store is perfect but this one tries pretty hard.
