I want to make this clear right off the start. This review is for THIS store location only. I have a much higher rating for Lowes overall and for other locations as well. Running around the store looking for weed block and air conditioner filters it's been a half hour left without it.
I love Lowes at Winter Garden! The Customer Service is Outstanding! Everyone on Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions towards whatever project I am working on.
Terrible customer services I orders several thousand dollars worth of levelor blinds in February and lowes never contacted to tell me that needed to have a measurement of our arch window from us. We waited over a month then there best installer came out to measure we received the blind and it was to big. They are horrible will never buy from them again.
Think long and hard before ordering Kraftmade Cabinets through this store. We have issues with the glazing - mostly non-existent or very little. In trying to resolve the issue, Kraftmade blames Lowe's, Lowe's blames Kraftmade, and we're stuck with inferior cabinets. Lowe's wants to send us a pen so we can glaze them ourselves - at this point I'm willing to do it as I have done it before - but we paid extra for the glazing. Overcharged me twice. They wasted about a hour of my time, made me late for work. Nothing for it. I was not happy.
Lowes of Winter Garden very POOR customer service. Waited online for 20 minutes when what we are buying rang up incorrectly. They said that I had to go, take a picture of the price to prove I was correct. Ok, no problem. I do that only to come back and have to wait in line AGAIN! Go to customer service to ask for a manager who just asks the employee whats going on and they say just ring up the correct price. But, she needs more time because shes on the phone with someone!
