We placed an order on January 4th, 2018 and just received a call on January 16th, 2018 that our order has been "cancelled" and the order management team said it should take more time at least a week to receive our refund, which would be over 20 days since we placed an order. They are sending the refund by mail. Really disappointed with 13 days after placing an order and paying in full to receive a phone call from Lowe's informing you that your order is cancelled and then having to wait over 20 days for a refund by mail. Who’s in charge of your inventory department? I’m a contractor and every time I go into your store, you are out of half the items I need and it’s always this way. It’s a complete waste of my time and instead of shopping here because it’s convenient I might as well bypass your store and go to Home Depot (even though it’s out of my way). At least Home Depot regularly stocks there inventory for contractors. I tell all of my hundreds of clients not to bother shopping at your store.

Terrible. Promised delivery and no one showed or called. Went in circles chasing answers via email, phone, FB and Twitter. Never again.
I want to thank the employees at the Lowe's in Winter garden fl for all their effort during hurricane Irma. There was a tremendous amount of people who needed supplies and they put in the extra hours and effort to make sure that would be needed. I'm sure they would like to get home to their own families in their own house to protect sooner. Much appreciated
