I''m giving 5 stars Because of Shawn, who saw me at the cabinet medecine isle and ask me if I need it help. sometimes I don't ask and keep wandering on my own because no all of the staff seen happy when asked questions. Shawn also make sure I got the right item and even checked it to make sure all was in order.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THERE ISN'T A LIMIT OF HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE IN THIS STORE AT THE SAME TIME! A lot of people were walking around with no social distancing. LOWES, GET IT TOGETHER!
Customer Service is horrible. Tabitha (Customer Service)and Ryan (Manager). Both need some customer service training and get on the same page as the rest of there company.
I just want to say that everyone in the blinds department at Lowe’s Winter Garden is amazing! Especially Glenda R. who provided the most exceptional customer service we’ve experienced in a very long time. It isn’t often that you come across a person that covers all of the bases from A-Z and is informative and patient!! Thank you!
They had all the stuff we needed. They had a good variety of products.
Went there today & more employees were talking to each other about personal stuff rather than helping the HUGE line!
