We spent $35,000 on a new kitchen remodel with Lowes. We trusted them fully.It turned out to be the worst decision ever!!It’s been 8 months and our kitchen still isn’t fully completed. We went without a stove, fridge, or kitchen sink for 7 months! Worst delivery experience ever!I am elderly and the two young delivery men made me move my 7’ Christmas tree and furniture because they said the new fridge was too large to fit through the kitchen doorway. Then they asked to borrow a pair of pliers to remove the water line from the old fridge. To top it off the new fridge DID in fact fit through the doorway! Terrible experience, bought appliances , upgraded because they were in stock apparently, 2 months later still no microwave or dishwasher. And oh by the way they are $1700 cheaper now for the package. Won’t honor the price , terrible customer service , installers have been good , the store level is a joke ! Offered us $110 back for our inconvenience, will never spend another dime there , when is Menards opening !

I paid Lowe’s in waveland ms Almost 18 thousand dollars to install tile floors in my home. They failed to deliver the material two times after giving me a date and 4 hour time window. Once the material was finally delivered, I was promised a 5 day installation time. Don't try calling about an order, tried 3 times on 10/24/22 and was hung up on each time. 1st lady tried to transfer, placed me on hold and hung up, 2nd same lady told me she couldn't leave her desk and tried to transfer, again hung up. 3rd i asked her to use intercom to have some one come to her and talk to me, again she said she cant use intercom while she is on the phone, put me on hold and hung up.
