Worked with the assistant store Manager Martha. She saved a horrible service experience by their contractor XPO Logistics. They dropped our washer on the 1st delivery try. The 2nd time they delivered and did not call us. I have never seen a company deliver a fridge and washer and dryer so quickly. The problem was they did a halve a$$ job at installation. The older gray haired man that works in your tool department was extremely rude to my husband. I couldn’t believe my ears when my husband told me what happened. My husband walked up to the older sales associate and says “Excuse me”...the old man looks at my husband up and down before replying back with “WHAT” ...yes that was his reply to my husbands “excuse me”. As with many posts on this Lowe's location feed, the customer service is really disappointing. There are never associates in their departments, primarily Garden & Plumbing, and the associates which do appear never greet customers or offer their assistance. As is the case with most Walmart locations, there is always only (1) cashier to check out guests. No surprise Lowe's is closing stores.
why show case refrig but not in stock in whole state n none for 4 to 6 months. and wont sell floor model
Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for paint.
Spent an hour in the store, decided to split up to accomplish something. Waited 30 minutes in fencing for someone being paved who couldn’t even answer the phone. Waited another 25 for someone to help in flooring and the man literally read us the labels. So much for “flooring expert”. Guess we’ll take our business to Home Depot.
Very disappointed in Winter Garden Lowe’s. Went to purchase a new grill, I had checked it out at the Alachua store, on sale $100 off regular price. They had 6 assemble and ready to go. Get home , go to WinerGarden, none assembled not even a sample out on the floor. Really Memoral Day weekend sale on grills and you do not even have a display model out.had to go out to Clermont went in and asked for in was told the had none assembled.
