I have been put on hold there for days, not as efficient as Home Depot, I got no help loading a 50 gallon water heater. I say fire everybody and hire a new staff.
DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE...THEY WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR ITEM ON TIME AND THEY LIE AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.. Where is the customer service.
One of my fave places to shop is Lowe's so that gives it a 5 star but dealing with one of their sub-contractors to install a new air conditioner & furnace warrants a 4 star. Hopefully after talking to the Management Team @ Cottle, they will follow up to ensure our situation doesn't happen to someone else. Otherwise, love our new air conditioner unit, especially in 100 degree weather. Thanks Lowes! Next purchase? Wood flooring & granite counter top.
