The person at the Garden section was very helpful! Too bad I didn’t check his name. But he was nice helping find a plastic owl.
It was insane. Disorganized, confusing, and ridiculously crowded. The employees were nice and doing the best they could, but the store needs better organization and protections from spreading COVID.
Easy checkout and also have an option for curbside pickup.
Bad Customer service in store
I went into Lowe’s this morning. It was my first trip into a store since March 15. My husband and I were both wearing masks and gloves. The salesman that waited on us wore neither. I was appalled to see someone with close contact to multiple people not wearing a mask!!What is wrong with you? Why would you allow your employees to endanger the lives of your customers?!? I was recently at Lowe’s and one of the workers coughed straight in my face as they walk looked by to were I could smell his breath and felt his air go in my face... with the Coronavirus happening that is just plain rude and irresponsible.
