We were walking through Lowe’s garden section, we overheard an employee saying very racist statements while seated on some patio furniture. Some of the gems included statements like “immigrants don’t belong here”, “they should go back to their own country”, and “they are causing all the problems here.” Told the manager. I guess Lowe’s expects their employees to be bad at customer service AND be racists
friendly and courteous staff, if I have a question you can bet someone will give me an expertise answer. and, if i somehow cannot find what i am looking for, 99% of the time someone escorts me to where the goods is at. i spend a fairly good amount of time and money at Lowe’s garden. #SouthSanJose #Cottle location
No customer service!! Dead plants, large selection of stuff I can buy elsewhere for less.
I went there because I couldn’t find things at OSH... Most of the store was nicely organized, but the staff seemed to be walking around aimlessly, Especially in the garden area. The lumber department was a mess especially in the insulation department. The staff wasn’t helpful, I stood in the paint department for about 15 mins and no one helped me.
Customer support is unbelievable. check my comment for details.
The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help you in whatever you may need.
People should know buying online delivery items does not work
