My order for a washer and a dryer was re-scheduled for delivering 4 or 5 times already, and the last 2 time i even didn't get noticed untill i called in at the "Scheduled" day. Every time it has a reason which seems like still making some sense,but how all of these happened together for one order? What is wrong!
Bought a washer and dryer, had it delivered yesterday, and the dryer makes a loud banging sound. I would like it replaced with a new one. Went to the store and the people at appliances had no idea what to do. The only one that knew was at lunch. Left my number, no call. Tried calling many times that same day, NO ONE EVER answered the phone in appliances or customer service. Very unhappy customer!
Your customer service sucks bad. My wife now understands why I hate your store. None of the employees no anything. Piss pore service..
