Great Store Best Customer Service in Town Better then the Competitor's
I wanted to publicly acknowledge Brynn in appliances. He personally saw to having my refrigerator delivered a day ahead of schedule, which when you don’t have one to use is a huge deal. It doesn’t come until tomorrow, but I’m so thankful it will be here soon. Brynn’s customer service is above and beyond. I’m so glad when I came back to the store to place the order, he is the one who helped me.
Our refrigerator never showed up, and we’ve been trying to call for over an hour with no answer. Cottle Rd, San Jose - you guys ok over there? 😐🙄

This Lowe’s Location is on the former IBM cottle road campus. I really wish they had saved some of the iconic buildings of the campus, but it is what it is.
Lowes installed 20 leaky windows over 3 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. Lowes trying to cover windows but plastic blows off right away and leaks continue from all 20 hurricane windows. Staff needs more training on products, asked for HVAC and got sent to where you keep shop vac, Vac was in the name so I’ll give that to your employee.
