They never seem to have enough staff at anytime or anyplace. The one spot where you would think Management would be aware of is the check out counters. Yesterday at around 4pm, only one cashier and a long line in que, waiting to cash out. Perhaps, if this were the only time I would not complain, but this kind of thing happens a lot. Your Hawthorne is irresponsible and has no customer service. I purchased tile on Saturday and it was suppose to be ready the same day. Sat- Not ready, Tuesday-not ready, finally after being on hold and transferred over 12x.. My order is short by 32 pieces I am tiling my floor so being short 32 pieces is 65sqft .. thats the bathroom floor. What I am to do.. My project is ruined. I waited on hold for the manager who never returned to the phone. I plan not to return to Lowe's.
