There prices are to high especially during hard times
There’s no customer service. It took me over thirty minutes to find out why my freezer had not delivered. I was told that some wanted to purchase it and that I was lucky I had come to the store. I told them no you’re lucky that I came to the store because had you sold the freezer that I’ve already paid for there would have been hell to pay.
Went there to purchase refrigerator on Thursday, saw one I liked, hard to get assistance, finally got somebody, no fridge available. They located one in Pico store, asked if transaction could be done from Hawthorne store so I could get it delivered Saturday, I was informed I would have to go to that location and purchase it there. Very disappointing, I need a fridge asap, proceeded with the purchase and it will be a week before it is delivered. I am not satisfied with this experience.
I got my santa clause toy it was fun.
Went to get tiles cut for a project. I have specific measurements I need. I picked a tile that I like, & ask for help. I needed two 12x12 pieces cut. The guy in the flooring department tells me that cutting an inch off the 13x13 tiles will be hard & that I should pick another tile. A tile that I don't want & isn't the right color. Just to make his job easier. He then leaves to "get a pen" while I "decided". Ten minutes later & he still isn't back. I didn't see him anywhere in the department. Waited a half an hour just for someone to come out and make our paint, their staff is rude and have no sense of urgency will never come back to lowes! This has happened before but this is the straw that broke the camels back.
